Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) – Near Prime Segment to drive business growth in the Jalandhar market. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing loan cases managing relationships with channel partners and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and LAP (Near Prime) cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
Experience in DSA / channel partner management preferred.
