Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Marketing to drive product strategy digital growth and new product development for our brand portfolio. The role focuses on end-to-end product lifecycle management with strong emphasis on digital marketing profitability and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management (Primary Focus)
- Develop product strategy including positioning pricing packaging and SKU management
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Identify growth opportunities and portfolio expansion strategies
- Ensure margin optimization and profitability tracking
Digital Marketing (High Focus)
- Plan and execute digital-first marketing strategies
- Manage performance marketing social media SEO/SEM and e-commerce visibility
- Monitor campaign performance (Google Analytics Meta Ads etc.) and optimize ROI
- Coordinate with agencies for content influencer and online campaigns
New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead product innovation from ideation to GTM execution
- Work closely with R&D for consumer-driven product development
- Plan and execute successful product launches
Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track category trends and recommend strategic improvements
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales R&D and Finance teams
- Support regional sales performance with marketing inputs
- Manage marketing budgets with focus on digital ROI
Key Skills Required
- Strong Product Management & NPD experience
- Hands-on Digital & Performance Marketing expertise
- FMCG category understanding
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
