As aSeniorSolutions Engineer at Diligent you will partner closely with Sales to help organizations understand how our platform can transform the way theyoperationaliseethics complianceandbroadergovernance risk and audit act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders translating Ethics & Compliance and broader GRC challenges into clear compelling solutions that drive real business role is ideal for someone who brings both strong commercial instincts and real practitioner experience in Ethics & Complianceprogrammanagementwith hands-on exposure to policyconflicts of interestspeak-up and third-partyrisk anddue diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Commercial Partnership
- Partner closely with Sales to support the full pre-sales lifecycle helping customers understand how Diligent solves real-worldEthics &Compliancechallenges.
- Deliver tailored high-impact software demonstrations that clearly articulate business valueand operationaloutcomes-not just product features.
- Engage confidently with senior leaders acrossLegal Ethics&Compliance Governance Risk& Auditteams.
- Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives including quantified outcomes and success criteria that support deal progression and closure.
- Own the technical win in partnership with Sales including managing evaluations sandbox environments and stakeholder questions.
- Act as a strategic advisor on how organizations can strengthen and modernize Ethics & Compliance programs using Diligent.
Solution Design & Thought Leadership
- Design and present solution architectures that align with customerobjectivesand regulatory environments.
- Articulate the cross-platform value of the DiligentOnePlatform and how it supports integrated GovernanceRisk andCompliance(GRC)programs.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide customer and domain feedback on product enhancements.
- Lead structured discovery to map requirements to Diligent solutions define POC/sandbox success criteria and ensure proposed solutions areimplementation-ready.
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars industryeventsand thought-leadership content.
- Mentor peers by sharing best practices reusable demo stories and solution patterns that improve team performance.
Domain Expertise
- Apply practical compliance and governanceexpertisein customer discussions to frame challenges and guide solution design.
- Leverage familiarity with key regulatory and industry frameworks such as GDPR/CCPADOJECCPFCPAISOEU Directives (Whistleblower AI etc.)ABAC/AML LkSGas well asotherrelevantindustry -onexperiencein one or morecore compliance functions including Ethics & Compliance ProgramManagement PolicyManagementAwarenessTraining Third-PartyRisk ManagementWhistleblowing/InternalInvestigationsandDisclosures/Conflicts of Interest
Technical & Integration Fluency
- Develop a strong working understanding of the Diligent platform including core workflows configuration options reporting and integrations.
- Confidently whiteboard solution flows data movements and high-level architectures with both business and technical audiences.
- Translate technical concepts into accessible business language for executive stakeholders while also engaging credibly with operational and technical teams.
Required Skills/Experience
- 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance GRC or Legal (Corporate Compliance) either in a customer-facing role or within industry.
- Demonstrated experienceoperatingwithin oradvisingEthics & Compliance programs with strong understanding of how compliance teams manage risk policies training third parties investigations disclosures and oversight responsibilities.
- Experience working with SaaS solutions or strong interest in transitioning intoa commercial customer-facing environment.
- Strongexecutive-levelpresentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes.
- Curious self-driven and motivated to continuously deepen both technical and domain knowledge.

- You consistently win the technical decision guiding customers through evaluations and proof-of-concepts with clear success criteria and outcomes.
- You create reusable demo assets narratives and solution patterns that raise the bar for the wider Solutions Engineering team.
- You are recognized by Product and Sales as a trusted voice of the customer for Ethics & Compliance and GRC use cases.
- Youdemonstrateclear impact on revenue through influenced pipeline win rate and expansion / cross-sell opportunities in your focus area.
