Job Summary
As a Sr Financial Svcs Supervisor here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations including financial reporting budgeting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the financial performance of the organization.
In this role you will impact the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization by providing strategic financial insights and leadership. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the financial services team to achieve their goals and support the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial services function including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger activities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and systems
- Provide guidance and support to the financial services team including training and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or related roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
