Job Summary
Job responsibilities:
Working with the Equity Capital Market (ECM) team of one of the largest global asset manager where the key responsibilities will include:
Collection Sanitization and Gathering of deal (Equity / loans) related data from different databases banker emails etc.
Working on client platforms and databases including client proprietory databases
Data mining data verification and validation
Consolidation od data would require using Excel formulas or sometimes macros
Regular client communication and interactions
Maintaining timeliness of deliverables
Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this position you must:
MBA-Finance / MMS from tier-I/ II institutes
Very good understanding of financial data (financial statement KPIs ratios etc)
Knowledge of Fund Management/IPO/Deals will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Excel along with complex Excel formulas
Knowledge of Macros/VBA/Any Programing Language will be an added advantage
Knowledge of different Databases like Bloomberg/FactSet
Good communication skills
Timeliness of deliverables and attention to detail
