Sr HSE Supervisor

As a Sr HSE Supervisor here at Honeywell you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organizations health safety and environmental engineering efforts. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for employees compliance with environmental regulations and the implementation of best practices in engineering-related safety.

In this role you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health safety and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategies policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Honeywells HSE standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to address them
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate control measures
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide training programs to increase awareness and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 years of experience in HSE Engineering
• 5 years of leadership and direct team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
• Certification in HSE or a related field is a plus.
