We are looking for a Future Team Leadera highpotential individual ready to support the Team Leader grow sales elevate performance and champion our One Best Way (OBW) sales discipline. This is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for future leadership within the Flight Centre Brand.

About the Role

As a Future Team Leader you will play a key role in helping grow sales conversion and market share by ensuring customers receive the best deals broadest product choice and expert advice. You will support your Team Leader in driving business performance strengthening team capability and maintaining a positive highenergy culture.

This is a handson role where youll be both a top-performing consultant and an emerging leader.

What Youll Be Doing

Sales Excellence

• Follow the OBW sales process to deliver consistent highquality customer interactions
• Drive repeat and referral business
• Achieve strong conversion through expert product knowledge competitive pricing and exceptional service
• Deliver against monthly sales targets and contribute to TTV growth
• Champion CVPs across all customer touchpoints

Product Expertise

• Develop deep expertise in wholesale product long-haul airfares visas packages tours cruises and insurance
• Participate in ongoing training and webinars
• Support the preferred partner strategy
• Maintain an uptodate understanding of topselling products across the business

Customer Experience

• Deliver a seamless online and instore experience
• Build strong customer relationships aligned to the FCB brand
• Uphold the persontoperson ethos
• Follow OBWs centralised pricing model

Systems & Processes

• Follow OBW procedures to mitigate risk
• Support the Team Leader in implementing air and land pricing strategy
• Embrace new technology and automation
• Ensure all sales channels run through Helio
• Adhere to all financial policies and procedures

Leadership Development

• Lead by example as a true Brand Warrior
• Support your Team Leader in running daily and weekly business meetings
• Conduct midmonth oneonones to support individual growth
• Inspire motivate and positively influence the team
• Participate in a 2week annual secondment to broaden business exposure

What Were Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• South African citizen or valid working visa
• 2 years work experience or tertiary qualification
• Strong sales track record
• Computer literacy (intermediate level and up)
• High performance in communication time management discipline teamwork and customer engagement
• Travel experience beneficial
