Positionoverview:
Reportingintoseniormanagementandjoiningasuccessfulandsupportiveteamthisroleisessentialtothelong-termsuccessofthebusinessbymanagingandgrowingourexistingclientbasewithintheUnbabel.
ThisrolerequirestheabilitytosellandsupportallofUnbabelsproductofferingsastheycurrentlyareandastheydevelop.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
Developingandexecutingstrategicaccountinitiativestogrowourstrategicenterprise-levelaccounts
ResponsibilityforUnbabelslargestclientsintheUS
ResponsibilityforaccountswithARRover$2mperyear
MeetingandexceedingdefinedsalestargetsthroughstrategicplanningofBAUaccountmanagementwhileupandcross-selling
Assistingclientsindevelopingabusinesscaseandvaluepropositionforgrowingourreachwithintheirbusiness
Leadingkick-offmeetingsandmajormilestonemeetingswithseniorclientdecision-makers
MaintainingathoroughunderstandingofUnbabelsserviceofferingandadvisingclientsonrelevantaspectsofthiswhenrequired
BeingcomfortablewiththesolutionsalesprocessandsellingonvaluenotpricespecificallyqualifyingopportunitiesagainsttheMEDDPICprocess
Job requirements
Requiredqualificationsandexperience:
Universitydegreeorequivalentexperience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a preference for SaaS
SignificantexperienceofStrategicAccountManagementandBusinessDevelopment
Proventrackrecordofsuccessfulcustomerengagementacrossaspectrumofverticalswhichmayinclude:RetailE-CommerceManufacturingTechnologyGamingandMarketResearch
ExperienceinB2Bservicesales
ExperienceintheSAASandorLanguageServicesindustry
Knowledgeoftranslationtechnologiesisabonus
