Job Summary
The duties of the Resident Assistant Building Services Inspector shall include but not limited to the following:
- Assist in all aspects of supervision of building services work on site within the contracts and the maintenance of site records
- Assist in the monitoring of labour resources progress materials and equipment used on site
- Assist in the checking of site measurements of building services works and payments claimed by contractors
- Assist in the site survey of existing building services installations during the construction stage including submission of proposals for additional alteration or repair works
- Assist in the inspection of testing and commissioning of building services installations
- Assist in the checking of building services operation and maintenance manuals and as-fitted drawings submitted by various contractors
- Carry out all such other duties as directed by the Building Services Engineer and Building Services Inspector
- Assists RBSI in performing the required environmental and safety duties
Qualifications :
- Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent; and
- 3 years relevant experience in Hong Kong
