This position is mainly responsible for handling the accounting function of the SSC including payable and payments and assist in month end activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality and timely payments and cash management mainly focus China entity
• Review purchase requisitions and ensure it is correctly posted in system and process payments
• Review employees travel and entertainment expense and process payments
• Preparation of reports according to local government/regulatory bodies
• Assist to perform various tasks in month end closing process including bank reconciliation account reconciliation and month end accruals and preparation of schedules
• Assist in system enhancement and testing
• Assist in preparation of annual audit
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks for SSC as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy Finance or related discipline
• Student member of accounting organization preferable
• At least 2 years of accounting working experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Knowledge of China accounting and taxation is preferred
• Knowledge of U8 (yonyou) and SAP system is preferred
• Experience in international environment / SSC is preferred
• Pharmaceutical background is preferred
• A proactive team player with good organizational and communication skills
• Mature independent and able to work under pressure
• Analytical and details oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
