Position	:	Executive Assistant III
Rank	:	Executive Assistant III
Cluster / Hospital / Department	:	Hong Kong Island Cluster / Various Departments
Salary	:	HK$15503 HK$19592 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.	Carry out general clerical duties in offices of clinical or non-clinical departments relating to the following aspects: counter work telephone enquiry data input statistics and research general and store administration filing and records keeping and public enquiries and etc.
2.	Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Entry Requirement:

1.	F.5/ S.5 with (a) or (b) below:
	(a)	HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or equivalent;
		OR
	(b)	5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
OR
2.	F.5/ S.5 with experience.

Preferred Attributes:

1.	Familiar with clinical operation and environment would be an advantage.
2.	Good command of written and spoken English.
3.	Hands on experience in MS Office including Chinese Word processing.
4.	Responsible self-motivated outgoing and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
