The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and acts as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support. Kindness organizational skills the ability to give and receive feedback and valuing teamwork are critical to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the first point of contact for most employee support needs.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date employee and HR records (digital and hard-copy).
- Connect employees with the appropriate resources (point of contact portals intranet etc.)
- Support recruitment process and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation prepare new hire paperwork and set up employee files.
- Engage with cross-functional team to support employee resource groups and recognition programs.
- Provides HR metrics and data to leadership team as requested.
- Miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing mailing and creation of folders.
- Complete additional HR training mutually agreed upon with the site HRM.
- Participate in special projects and tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferably in an employee-facing capacity.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Process driven with the ability to problem solve and generate solutions based on data.
- Must have a willingness to learn and good work ethic.
- Efficient in Google platforms and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel at a minimum).
- Familiar with HRIS software and recruiting software.
Additional Information :
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.57 to $26.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
