Temporary Project Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the recruiting team ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for candidates hiring managers and interview panels. This role is highly organized detail-oriented and service-focused with a strong emphasis on scheduling candidate communication data maintenance and recruiting process support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple priorities and demonstrates professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates hiring managers and interview panel members.
- Manage candidate and hiring team follow-up to ensure timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Support recruiters with interview logistics confirmations reminders and rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems spreadsheets and other recruiting tools.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruiting operations including document preparation process tracking and record maintenance.
- Support sourcing activities and recruiting projects by organizing candidate information outreach lists and pipeline data.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
- Provide support for recruiting team initiatives special projects and general day-to-day needs.
- Track deadlines action items and follow-ups to help ensure timely completion of recruiting activities.
- Contribute to a professional and responsive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience in administrative support recruiting coordination human resources or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems or scheduling systems preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with candidates hiring managers and internal partners.
- Strong customer service mindset with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
