We are seeking a detailed and proactive Project Assistant to support our ongoing business transformation initiatives including system migration and implementation projects. This role primarily focuses on data-related tasks such as migration analysis and cleansing and plays a key part in ensuring data integrity and project success.

Responsibilities

Perform data processing and clean-up to support system migration and implementation
Conduct data analysis and execute data migration activities
Prepare system documentations user manuals and analytical reports
Accurately input and manage large volumes of data within tight deadlines
Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate with project team to support data execution and system-related tasks

Required Qualifications Capabilities And Skills

Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
1 2 years work experience preferred; Fresh graduates with strong MS Excel skill are welcome
Experience on data analysis CRM/system migration is an advantage
High attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Proficient in MS office especially advanced MS Excel functions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good team player and excellent communication skills
Proficient in English and Cantonese
