An Account Manager
builds and maintains long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients acting as the primary liaison to ensure customer satisfaction retention and growth. They identify business opportunities negotiate contracts resolve issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams (sales marketing product) to meet client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis:Maintain CRM data track key account metrics and prepare status reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiation.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to resolve complex client issues and manage multiple projects.
- Tools:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing finance commers or a related field
