Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai India. As a key member of our sales leadership you will drive revenue growth lead a high-performing sales team and develop strategic relationships with clients.   • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the customer base increase market share and identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong transparent relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven strategic decisions
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing our value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing operations and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and retention
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present insights to senior management with transparency and analytical rigor
  • Monitor and manage sales budgets forecasts and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and profitability
  • Stay informed about industry trends regional market dynamics and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate develop and inspire team members
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development performance analysis and financial acumen
