Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager he will be responsible for planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes allocating resources and coordinating the efforts of team members from offshore and onshore and collaborating with client IT along with other third-party vendors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle for CGIs deliverables and align with client PM for the overall project that may include client IT and other vendors

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with client PM and other key stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. MPP should be used.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Build develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Ensure the team follow coding standards an best practices that are laid out. Also ensure the team always reviews/suggest tech currency before they start the work.
Awareness of the quality and security gates/process (DevOps) and ensure the team comply to it.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Working in a shared resource model (resource shared between different projects simultaneously) is an added advantage.
Well versed with waterfall and agile project delivery management
You will be assigned multiple (2 to 3 based on size) projects to be managed simultaneously. A similar experience will be an added advantage.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in project management in the IT sector.
Should have a technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Good to have :
Experience working in a shared resource model (resources shared across multiple projects).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
