Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager / Operations & Product Lifecycle Manager to support a growing entrepreneurial company in scaling its operations and product offerings. Working closely with the founder you will take ownership of operational processes product lifecycle tracking and vendor coordination.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment proactively identifies improvements and confidently communicates with leadership and external stakeholders.
By maintaining operational systems spreadsheets and project management tools you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business runs efficiently maintaining quality and supporting innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product lifecycle ensuring accurate tracking and documentation across all stages.
- Develop implement and optimize operational processes to support business growth and efficiency.
- Maintain and manage complex spreadsheets for tracking products performance metrics and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with external vendors managing deliverables timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g. Asana) to organize tasks projects and workflows.
- Support the founder by managing operational details and reducing administrative workload.
- Ensure quality control across processes documentation and deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and automation.
- Monitor operational performance and provide insights through data tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Excellent English proficiency (5/5) written and verbal communication.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Drive etc.).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Advanced spreadsheet creation and management (data tracking organization analysis).
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Strong process development and operational improvement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growing company.
Soft Skills / Personality Traits:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating directly and confidently with leadership and vendors.
- Outspoken and confident willing to speak up and challenge inefficiencies.
- Highly structured and organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
