Job Summary

Work model: Remote-first (can be based anywhere in South Africa). Need to be able to legally work in SA to be considered.
Salary: R25 000 - R70 000 (willing to look at candidates from a junior to senior level)
Contract: 3-year fixed-term contract

Our client is a remote-first social impact organisation building pathways into high-value learning and career opportunities. Theyre hiring a Senior Partner Manager to lead a major South African grant-funded programme into implementation in a high-compliance audit-ready environment with quarterly targets indicators financial outcomes and evidence submission.

What the job involves..

  • Leading delivery against quarterly targets evidence requirements M&E reporting and audit standards
  • Establishing the programme delivery engine (governance rhythms documentation discipline risk management)
  • Running an activity-based costed implementation plan linking tasks timelines budgets outputs and verification evidence
  • Coordinating partners service providers funders and relevant public/private stakeholders
  • Managing forecasting planning and cross-functional delivery alignment with multiple internal teams
  • Preparing for and running steering groups risk reviews and stakeholder reporting

What you need to be considered..

  • Partner/project/programme management experience (multi-stakeholder multi-million rand complex delivery)
  • Grant implementation experience with compliance reporting and evidence submission (ideally SA context)
  • Demonstrated experience building implementation plans and controlling budgets at activity level
  • Strong planning forecasting and outcomes-based reporting capability
  • High accountability and comfort operating under audit scrutiny
  • Excellent written communication (funder reporting evidence narratives governance documentation)

Bonus points if you..

  • Have national/government grant funding experience (indicator protocols evidence schedules funder governance)
