Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Program / Engagement Manager to own and orchestrate end-to-end customer engagements within the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) AI Adoption program.
In this role you will work closely with enterprise clients to deliver Agentic AI and Now Assist solutions ensuring measurable outcomes and successful adoption. You will lead scope definition governance and delivery for high-impact engagements while ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and become referenceable success stories.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Management -
Own end-to-end customer engagements acting as the primary point of contact.

Conduct project kickoffs expectation setting and engagement planning.

Publish weekly status updates and manage escalations.

Drive successful engagement closeout and customer satisfaction.
Scope & Governance -
Translate discovery sessions into formal project scope and timelines.

Define deliverables milestones and success criteria.

Establish regular engagement cadence with customers and internal teams.
Workshops & Technical Collaboration -
Plan and facilitate design workshops technical deep dives and validation sessions.

Coordinate across engineering product and solution teams.

Ensure alignment on technical milestones and dependencies.
Cross-Functional Coordination Program Delivery Management -
Manage timeline budget and resourcing across engagements.

Identify risks and adjust delivery plans to maintain on-time on-budget delivery.

Maintain consistent project artifacts documentation and status reports.
