  • 负责全国范围内的销售战略制定与执行带领区域销售团队实现整体业绩目标
  • 管理并拓展全国渠道合作伙伴和分销商网络推动通过渠道及直销方式的市场覆盖
  • 深入理解医疗器械行业的产品线市场趋势销售流程及客户群结合分析思维和商业经验制定并落实全国销售政策与策略
  • 掌握行业最佳实践洞察竞争对手动态及市场信息推动公司产品方案在全国范围的融合与优化
  • 建设并管理全国销售团队指导和培训区域销售经理及销售代表提升整体团队产出与执行力
  • 运用判断力解决复杂的市场产品线及客户问题提出创新解决方案合理利用内部及有限外部资源支持决策
  • 具备卓越的人际交往能力能够影响并协调跨区域团队处理敏感问题推动团队成员达成共识
  • 主导全国范围内中等至大型项目确保资源合理分配与风险控制

基本资格

  • 在医疗器械或相关行业具有丰富的销售管理经验
  • 本科及以上学历具备扎实的商业或相关专业背景
  • 优秀的口头与书面沟通能力能够在全国范围内有效影响合作伙伴与团队
  • 杰出的人际关系和领导能力能够领导跨区域团队并推动全国性计划
  • 具备战略思维和执行力能够同时协调多个区域项目
