Job Description:

1. Assist the Sales Engineer to handle the quotation list and calculation record

2. Support the Sales Engineer to gain new business and develop the existing business by:

(1) Manage and handle quotations at suppliers;

(2) Find the best supplier option;

(3) Optimize pricing;

(4) Handle margin calculation sheet;

(5) Handle reporting for Sales and Marketing activities.

Requirement:

communication level is mandatory to maintain a good relationship with Sales and Suppliers;

English writing and acceptable level for speaking;

work attitude and motivation;

skills (Outlook Excel Word).
