We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to support the expansion of consultancy services related to NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) and NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accreditation.
The role involves conducting field visits to hospitals diagnostic centers and laboratories building relationships with decision-makers and promoting consultancy services that help healthcare institutions achieve accreditation and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills confidence in meeting clients and a willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals diagnostic centers and laboratories for consultancy services related to NABH and NABL accreditation.
Conduct field visits and meetings with hospital administrators lab managers and decision-makers to explain the consultancy services.
Present the benefits and process of NABH/NABL accreditation to prospective clients.
Generate leads build strong client relationships and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintain proper records of client interactions meetings and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and project execution.
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development can apply.
Strong English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory).
Confidence in meeting clients and conducting professional presentations.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Two-wheeler preferred for local field visits and client meetings.
Fixed salary of 25000 per month.
Bike allowance and travel allowance for official visits.
