Job Summary

Profile:Accounting Executive-Real estate-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience:2-3 years of experience as an accountant

Salary Range: 25k to 35k

Roles:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Handle accounts finalization:
- Preparation of Trial Balance P&L and Balance Sheet
Manage accounts receivable & payable
- Track customer payments for plot bookings/installments
Perform bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny
Prepare and file:
- GST returns
- TDS returns
Maintain proper records of:
- Invoices receipts agreements and financial documents
Coordinate with:
- CA / auditors for audits and compliance
Assist in:
- Financial reporting and MIS reports for management
Ensure compliance with financial and statutory regulations

Qualification:

(Mandatory)
Preferred:
- / CA Inter (added advantage)
Candidates must have strong fundamentals in accounting
