Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Eye Care Technology
Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a knack for connecting with people We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in generating qualified sales meetings for our sales representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to pipeline creation across our innovative product suite MaximEyes Fast Pay Health and EVAA specifically targeting U.S. eye care practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls emails LinkedIn and other platforms to U.S.-based prospects.
- Generate qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Build and manage prospect lists using databases and research tools.
- Execute structured outreach sequences and cadences to engage potential clients.
- Maintain daily activity benchmarks including calls made emails sent and meetings booked.
- Identify high-value target accounts within U.S. healthcare focusing on optometry and ophthalmology practices.
- Utilize sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather prospect information.
- Develop a deep understanding of clinic workflows patient journeys and operational challenges within eye care practices.
- Craft persona-based outreach strategies targeting key decision-makers including practice owners and administrators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Track outreach activity prospect responses and meeting conversion rates.
- Ensure high data accuracy and maintain pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead qualification and scoring processes.
- Develop personalized outreach messaging to enhance response rates and engagement.
- Continuously refine email templates call scripts and outreach sequences.
- A/B test messaging approaches to optimize performance and drive better engagement.
- Align messaging with product value propositions and evolving market needs.
- Work closely with U.S.-based sales representatives to align on target accounts and strategies.
- Support campaign execution and follow-ups from marketing initiatives.
- Provide valuable feedback on lead quality messaging effectiveness and market insights.
- Contribute to the improvement of SDR playbooks and outreach processes.
Qualifications:
- 1 4 years of experience in an SDR BDR or inside sales role preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Experience in outbound prospecting for U.S. markets is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting-booking targets.
- Exposure to healthcare SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
- Experience using data tools such as ZoomInfo 6sense Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to research accounts effectively and personalize outreach efforts.
