Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across over 40 outlets to ensure consistent execution of brand standards customer service merchandising and operational processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth improve store performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs including sales conversion footfall shrinkage margin and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to all retail outlets nationwide to assess operational performance customer experience compliance and staff engagement.
- Provide hands-on coaching and corrective action to regional and store managers.
- Identify operational opportunities and develop action plans to improve performance at store level.
- Lead high-level negotiations with key suppliers manufacturers and distributors to secure competitive pricing favourable terms and priority access to stock.
- Build strong sustainable partnerships to optimise supply chain reliability and product availability.
- Resolve supply issues and ensure alignment between suppliers production planning and retail operations.
- Contribute to production planning to ensure accurate forecasting optimal stock levels and timely product availability across the retail network.
- Collaborate with supply chain procurement and warehouse teams to align production cycles with seasonal trends promotions and customer demand.
- Implement systems to reduce stock-outs overstocking and operational delays.
- Lead a large diverse workforce through strong coaching motivation and performance orientation.
- Oversee hiring training and development of regional managers and store managers.
- Drive a high-performance culture and ensure adherence to company policies SOPs and customer service standards.
- Conduct succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Direct loss control strategies to reduce shrinkage fraud operational errors and store-level security risks.
- Implement and audit loss prevention policies CCTV systems cash management processes and stock management controls.
- Analyse shrinkage reports and lead investigations into discrepancies theft or procedural gaps.
- Train staff on loss prevention best practices and foster a culture of accountability.
- Develop and execute the retail operations strategy aligned with the companys long-term objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
- Use data-driven insights to improve decision-making refine processes and innovate operational best practices.
- Lead store expansion refurbishment and relocation projects as required.
