Position Overview
The Transaction Processor will support high-volume administrative processing operations related to enrollment and eligibility transactions. Reporting to a Transaction Processing Supervisor this role is responsible for researching analyzing and updating consumer information across multiple systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with internal staff and stakeholders.

Process transactions accurately according to established procedures and guidelines.

Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for assigned tasks.

Maintain quality standards with minimal errors according to the Quality Assurance Plan.

Provide strong internal and external customer service.

Maintain knowledge of operational systems and processing procedures.

Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet contract guidelines.

Maintain punctual attendance and readiness for daily responsibilities.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to achieving high performance results.

Follow all project site attendance and operational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to type 40 words per minute
