A well established real estate group is seeking a Senior Level Accountant to support a multientity environment that includes commercial residential and occasional nonrealestate ventures. The structure involves numerous partnerships of varying sizes requiring someone who can manage diverse entities work across multiple software platforms and maintain exceptional attention to detail. This role is ideal for an accountant who can operate confidently in a onehatfitsall position and bring real estate accounting experience including NNN reconciliations.

Requirements:
- CPA not required position needs to be a one hat fits all role
- 2-3 years realtive experience
- Software: Sage Intacct Sage 300/Timberline Appfolio Quickbooks
- Real estate experience preferred including NNN reconciliations
- Some hybrid mix of remote is possible but please not for the first few months. Training needs to be in person.
