Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewellery-buying experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process including product presentation pricing explanation billing and after-sales support.
- Maintain proper handling safety and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain store hygiene product displays and inventory coordination.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders customisation and delivery timelines.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience in diamond gold jewellery or luxury retail sales (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working in a retail store environment including weekends and holidays.
