About the Role
Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore store team. The role involves in-store sales as well as supporting our premium “Try at Home” service by visiting customers at their location (only for male Staff).

Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewelry buying experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
Handle end-to-end sales process including product presentation pricing explanation billing and after-sales support
Visit customers’ locations for Try at Home appointments as scheduled by the company
Maintain proper handling safety and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases
Maintain store hygiene product displays and inventory coordination
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Coordinate with internal teams for orders customization and delivery timelines
Eligibility & Requirements
Prior experience in diamond gold jewelry or luxury retail sales (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for customer visits
Comfortable working in a retail store environment including weekends and holidays
