The role involves counselling prospective students promoting professional courses and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills a sales-driven mindset and the ability to guide students in choosing the right academic programs aligned with their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls emails and online platforms.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and admissions in the CRM system.
- Provide clear information regarding course structure fees and schedules.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for admission processing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales / Education Counselling preferred.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

- Fixed salary ranging from 15000 to 50000 per month depending on experience.
