This position will be for a Senior Manager in the Axis D2C business and will be responsible for driving the Axis D2C business operationally. This role will involve partner management and internal cross-functional management and the candidate should be able to drive responsibilities independently from start to finish. This role will also involve project management and problem solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner Management:
- Co-ordinate with counter-parts at the Banks end to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines for internal tasks as well as Bank tasks
- Setup processes with defined TATs for BAU related activities
- Marketing:
- Complete management of all marketing related activities for the channel
- Co-ordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure all marketing collaterals/contents are created within defined TAT
- Work on creative themes tracking performance of marketing initiatives and suggesting ways of improving efficacy of the content and process
- Ideate and drive strategic initiatives:
- Market scan on new developments and opportunities to bring improvement (sales and customer experience)
- Assessment of current journeys / customer communication to identify areas of improvement
- Funnel management initiatives:
- Identify gaps in the current funnel through proper tracking of the current funnel and taking up initiatives to reduce drop-offs at every stage
- New Product Launch
- Undertake new journey UI/UX responsibilities for new product launch
- Co-ordination with the Tech team to design a product launch plan and close tracking of the same

Identify other pain points and work with respective stakeholders to simplify the process and journey for partners and customers (eg: underwriting)
