Location: Oslo & project sites across Norway
Start: March 2026
Duration: 6 months (strong potential to extend)

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing leading data centre developer/operator delivering large-scale mission-critical projects across Norway.
Youll take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to commissioning overseeing mechanical electrical and civil scopes to ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Youll lead cross-functional teams manage contractors and stakeholders control risk drive programme milestones and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
You are:
Experienced in delivering data centre or mission-critical projects 5-10 years
Strong in programme budget and risk management
Confident leading multidisciplinary teams across complex construction environments
Skilled in stakeholder management reporting and contract administration
A decisive leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
