Our client is a leading security company specialising in advanced security systems solutions. Theyre looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Oslo and lead the delivery of security system installations across multiple sites. Position Overview

As Project Manager youll oversee the end-to-end delivery of security systems installation projects ensuring theyre completed on time within budget and to the highest standards. Youll collaborate closely with the Operations Director sales team and clients to translate contract requirements into successful project outcomes. Your role bridges technical delivery and client satisfaction managing installation teams and contractors whilst ensuring full compliance with health safety and environmental regulations. Youll drive project profitability through careful monitoring and regular reviews and ensure clients remain fully informed at every milestone through to final handover and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and manage security system installations across multiple project sites simultaneously

• Review project details and liaise with sales teams and clients to confirm all contract conditions and technical requirements are met

• Monitor project profitability through regular financial reviews and ensure timely progress against agreed schedules

• Manage installation teams and contractors maintaining compliance with health safety and environmental regulations throughout delivery

• Keep clients fully informed on project milestones progress and any changes affecting delivery

• Organise customer training sessions and oversee commissioning and certification to ensure successful project closure

• Manage the delivery of all necessary documentation and handover materials to clients at project completion

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience within the security industry or similar technical field

• Strong understanding of electronic security systems installation processes and technical requirements

• Experience working with standard contract forms such as NEC3/4 or JCT

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software

• Competency with Microsoft 365 Visio and job costing software

• Ability to manage multiple projects budgets and teams simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills with clients teams and stakeholders
