Job Summary

Role Purpose

Lead the global ESG and environmental sustainability agenda integrating compliance reporting and performance improvements across all business units. The role functions as a T-shaped global HSE leader: equipped with full baseline HSE Manager capability and deep specialty expertise in ESG strategy environmental governance and sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the global ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Oversee environmental performance governance (emissions waste water etc.).
Coordinate ESG data collection validation and reporting (Internal& External ESG reporting).
Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impacts and strengthen sustainability performance.
Support BU teams on environmental risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
Partner with Digital & Analytics to build ESG dashboards and performance insights.
Ensure alignment with global standards customer requirements and industry expectations.

Core Deliverables

Global ESG & Sustainability Framework Annual ESG Report & KPI Dashboard Environmental Governance Program Emissions and Environmental Performance Targets Sustainability Improvement Initiatives and Sustainability Improvement Initiatives.

T-Shaped Capability Requirements

Baseline HSE Manager Capability	Specialty Expertise
Strong HSE experience. Competent in inspections risk assessment incident review competence in risk assessment and regulatory interfaces.	Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI SASB TCFD ISO 14001) Deep experience in environmental sustainability programs Strong data management and ESG reporting capability.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Engineering Sustainability HSE or related field.
1012 years experience in ESG sustainability or environmental management.
Experience with ESG reporting frameworks.
Strong analytical and environmental governance background.
Experience in engineering construction or industrial environments preferred.
