Act as the system owner for PLM-related IT systems ensuring smooth functioning across development deployment and ongoing operations.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers architects DevOps business stakeholders and external vendors.
Own and manage the System Team backlog ensuring technical features enablers and improvements are clearly defined prioritized and ready for delivery.
Work in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment and actively participate in PI Planning Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Develop and maintain the system roadmap identifying technical enablers and dependencies to support future growth of PLM solutions.
Ensure alignment between IT system development and business needs across the full application and product lifecycle.
Support IT operations and service management by coordinating incident management system changes upgrades and release activities in collaboration with Service Managers.
Maintain oversight of technical assets including applications infrastructure components integrations and software licenses.
Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders translating system-level details into clear business impact.
Monitor system performance risks and dependencies and proactively drive continuous improvements in processes tools and ways of working.
Support governance compliance and security requirements related to IT systems and data.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and accountability within global and distributed teams.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in PLM ERP or product development systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital solutions in a global multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles including BOM management change control and compliance.
- Experience with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter PTC Windchill or SAP PLM is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies Jira Confluence and other product management tools.
