Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Retail Store Manager to lead operations at our Samsung
Premium Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance delivering
exceptional customer experience managing store staff and ensuring adherence to brand and
operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive store sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
Maximize revenue through upselling cross-selling and premium product focus
Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions
Ensure high conversion rates and average ticket size
2. Team Leadership & People Management
Recruit train and manage store staff (sales executives promoters etc.)
Set clear KPIs and monitor individual performance
Conduct regular training on product knowledge and selling skills
Maintain high team motivation and discipline
3. Customer Experience
Ensure premium in-store experience aligned with Samsung brand guidelines
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively
Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS focus)
Ensure proper demonstration of products and services
4. Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Ensure visual merchandising (VM) and store layout as per Samsung standards
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for replenishment
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies audit requirements and SOPs
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Track KPIs such as footfall conversion ATV (Average Transaction Value) and
productivity
6. Brand & Partner Coordination
Liaise with Samsung representatives for promotions training and compliance
Execute brand campaigns launches and in-store activations
Ensure store readiness for new product launches
Experience: 48 years in retail sales (consumer electronics preferred) Minimum 23 years in a Store Manager role Strong understanding of retail KPIs (conversion ATV ASP etc.) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer handling skills Preferred Profile Experience in managing premium brand stores Exposure to high-value product sales (smartphones appliances electronics) Hands-on with POS systems inventory tools and reporting
