We are seeking a skilled Employee Performance Manager to monitor manage and improve our employees’ performance.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of performance management principles and a strong ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing performance management systems and strategies
- Designing and conducting employee performance evaluations and assessments
- Identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement
- Creating and facilitating performance-focused training sessions
- Working with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees
- Managing employee performance data and reporting on key metrics
- Providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers
- Ensuring compliance with all performance management policies and regulations
- Promoting a high-performance culture within the organization
- Coordinating with HR for succession planning and career development based on performance outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to implement effective review process that drive organization goals
- Drive implementation of changes across the organisation
- Develop competency framework for new roles in the organization
- Design external assessment for leadership promotions
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience as an Employee Performance Manager
- Understanding of performance management techniques and procedures
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Education and Experience:
- 10 years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
- Experience in designing developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management competency assessment and succession
- Post graduate in HR
