Job Summary

JD for SDM - PMS

We are seeking a skilled Employee Performance Manager to monitor manage and improve our employees’ performance.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of performance management principles and a strong ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing performance management systems and strategies
  • Designing and conducting employee performance evaluations and assessments
  • Identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement
  • Creating and facilitating performance-focused training sessions
  • Working with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees
  • Managing employee performance data and reporting on key metrics
  • Providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers
  • Ensuring compliance with all performance management policies and regulations
  • Promoting a high-performance culture within the organization
  • Coordinating with HR for succession planning and career development based on performance outcomes
  • Partner with business leaders to implement effective review process that drive organization goals
  • Drive implementation of changes across the organisation
  • Develop competency framework for new roles in the organization
  • Design external assessment for leadership promotions

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience as an Employee Performance Manager
  • Understanding of performance management techniques and procedures
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Education and Experience:

  1. 10 years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  2. Experience in designing developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management competency assessment and succession
  3. Post graduate in HR
