Position: Sales Officer
Location: Cochin
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern trade Sales preferably in consumer care products
Salary: CTC up to 12–14 LPA (Max)Job Responsibilities
* Achieve Sales Targets (Primary & Secondary) for the assigned territory
* Manage distributors and ensure retail coverage as per beat plan
* Ensure adherence to PJP for market visits and usage of system apps for order capturing
* Drive all company schemes effectively in the market
* Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
* Ensure distributor claims are submitted and settled on time
* Maintain visibility and displays in the market as per plan
* Track and report competitor activities in the territory
* Drive new product launches successfully in the market
* Manage stock levels at the distributor level
* Identify and appoint new distributors in uncovered towns
* Train distributors and their staff to ensure adequate product knowledge
* Visit Specifiers/Influencers to promote company products
