Job Summary
Position : Assistant Manager / Sr Officer HR
Location : Bangalore
Salary : 15 Lacs
Qualification : MBA HR
Experience : Min 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (60%) Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing screening assessment interviews selection negotiation and offer rollout
2. Employee Life Cycle Management -Manage onboarding and induction processes
3. Training & Development - Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and coordinate internal and external training programs
4. Employee Engagement -Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
