Job Title: HR Admin / HRBP
Experience: 5–6 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Admin / HRBP with 5–6 years of experience in Core HR operations HR administration and recruitment coordination. The candidate will support day-to-day HR and administrative activities for a team of around 75 employees with expansion plans to 100 employees in the coming months. The role will coordinate closely with the central HR team in Singapore and report directly to the HR Manager (Parag).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR administration and core HR operations
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Support HRBP activities and employee lifecycle management (onboarding documentation employee queries)
Handle new joiner onboarding including ID card issuance/printing in coordination with the IT Security team and welcome kit allocation
Manage travel arrangements and coordinate employee pick-up and drop transport facilities.
Handle vendor management for transport housekeeping security and other facility services
Coordinate client visits and internal events including logistics and hospitality arrangements
Maintain HR records employee data and compliance documentation
Liaise with the central HR team in Singapore for reporting and HR process alignment
Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in HR Administration / HRBP / Core HR
Experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations
Strong experience in vendor coordination and employee support activities
Excellent communication skills are mandatory
Ability to coordinate with global HR teams
Immediate joiners preferred
