Were looking for a HR Lead to lead People Operations for our India business - NIRA.
This is a high-impact role where youll own HR for India partnering closely with local leadership and our global People team to build a strong compliant and scalable employee experience.

Based in Bangalore (hybrid) youll lead a small team while acting as the trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the organization.

Location: Bangalore India (hybrid)

How youll make an impact

• Own HR operations in India payroll benefits and day-to-day people processes

• Ensure full statutory compliance (PF ESI gratuity and employment law)

• Act as the go-to HR partner for employees and managers

• Lead and develop a local HR team

• Support onboarding performance and employee growth initiatives

• Maintain clean accurate HR data and reporting

• Partner with global teams to support hiring and scaling efforts
