Were looking for a HR Lead to lead People Operations for our India business - NIRA.
This is a high-impact role where youll own HR for India partnering closely with local leadership and our global People team to build a strong compliant and scalable employee experience.
Based in Bangalore (hybrid) youll lead a small team while acting as the trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the organization.
Location: Bangalore India (hybrid)
How youll make an impact
Own HR operations in India payroll benefits and day-to-day people processes
Ensure full statutory compliance (PF ESI gratuity and employment law)
Act as the go-to HR partner for employees and managers
Lead and develop a local HR team
Support onboarding performance and employee growth initiatives
Maintain clean accurate HR data and reporting
Partner with global teams to support hiring and scaling efforts

10 years of experience in HR with strong India operations expertise
Deep understanding of compliance payroll and employment law in India
Experience managing HR end-to-end in a growing organization
Strong stakeholder management and employee trust-building skills
Experience leading and coaching team members
