Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations & employee lifecycle
Oversee onboarding documentation payroll inputs & exit processes
Ensure compliance with labour laws policies & audits
Drive HR process improvement & automation (HRMS)
Manage attendance leave and employee records
Support performance management & appraisal cycles
Handle employee queries grievances & engagement initiatives
Generate HR analytics MIS reports & dashboards
Requirements
Strong experience in HR Operations (IT/ITES preferred)
Expertise in HR processes compliance & documentation
Hands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll systems
Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS dashboards)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / MSW in Human Resources
- Experience in IT Services BPO KPO or shared services environment
