Job Summary
Position: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Min 7 years of experience in handling end to end HR operations
Salary : Upto 9 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end HR operations management
* Handling administrative functions
* Payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF ESI etc.)
* Employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
* Performance management and employee engagement
* Vendor and facility management
* Policy implementation and process improvement
* Experience in the automobile industry is mandatory
* Strong leadership and team handling skills
