As the HR Business Partner India you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Hansens Compensation & Benefits strategy for the region. Working closely with business leaders Finance and the global HR team you will ensure that our reward programs are market-aligned compliant and designed to attract retain and motivate top talent while supporting business growth.

Beyond advisory HR support this role is pivotal in driving compensation benchmarking benefits administration and payroll governance ensuring accuracy equity and a positive employee experience. Your expertise will directly influence how we reward performance support employee wellbeing and maintain Hansens position as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.

• Act as the primary HR partner for India-based teams and global stakeholders
• Lead Compensation & Benefits activities including benchmarking benefits administration and reward support
• Ensure payroll inputs employee data and HR governance are accurate and compliant
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies employee relations performance and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Support global HR cycles such as performance reviews REM engagement surveys and audits
• Collaborate crossregionally on global HR initiatives and continuous improvement.

• Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR role preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Executive
• Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and HR best practices in India
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive with a positive can-do approach.

This is full-time onsite role based in our Pune office.

• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems (Oracle or SAP preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
