Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Support the design and execution of partnership acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners investors affiliates and clients across local and international markets.

  • Conduct market research to assess partnership viability and competitive positioning.

  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals pitch decks and business cases.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Proactively source qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator online databases and other digital lead generation platforms.

  • Execute structured cold email campaigns with personalized messaging.

  • Track outreach performance metrics including open rates response rates and conversion ratios.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up sequences to nurture prospects through the pipeline.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Accurately manage and update CRM systems to track leads conversations and deal stages.

  • Maintain clean organized pipeline data to support forecasting and reporting.

  • Generate periodic reports on outreach activities partnership pipeline and performance outcomes.

Business Development Support

  • Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings and discovery calls.

  • Support negotiations and onboarding processes for new partners.

  • Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.



Requirements

Experience Level

  • 14 years of experience in business development digital marketing sales or lead generation roles.

  • Demonstrated experience executing cold outreach campaigns and managing sales pipelines.


Educational Background

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
