IT Operations Lead

Were seeking a hands-on IT Operations Lead who will play a key role in maintaining our technology infrastructure supporting employees with technical issues and ensuring our systems remain secure reliable and efficient.

What Youll Be Doing;

Be the Go-To Tech Expert

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
  

• Diagnose and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  

Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly

• Install configure and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
  

• Maintain and upgrade computer systems and peripherals when necessary.
  

• Conduct regular equipment audits and maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
  

• Coordinate repairs and replacements with external vendors when needed.
  

Power and Maintain Our Network

• Monitor and maintain the companys network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
  

• Configure and troubleshoot routers switches and other network devices.
  

• Collaborate with external service providers to resolve network-related issues.
  

• Enable Our People
  

• Provide training and technical assistance to employees on company systems and software.
  

• Develop and update user guides and documentation to support employees with common IT tasks.
  

• Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and ensuring they are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
  

Protect Our Digital Environment

• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company systems and data.
  

• Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and security standards.
  

• Stay up to date with emerging IT security trends and best practices to continuously improve system protection.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
  

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
  

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure systems administration and cybersecurity best practices
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Workspace Administration
  

• Experience in endpoint protection security is a plus
  

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure management
  

• Relevant certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) CompTIA ITIL or PMP are an advantage.
  

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
