Requirements
3 years (ideally 35) in business development partnerships or B2B sales in Fintech.
- 3 years in Banking preferred.
- Experience managing a pipeline of concurrent opportunities.
- Direct experience working with banks fin techs payment processors or large enterprise clients.
- Solid understanding of cross-border payments or FX infrastructure.
- Familiarity with stablecoins crypto products or blockchain basics.
- Awareness of KYC AML and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Knowledge of key players in African fintech mobile money and banking.
- Confident communicator able to engage C-level executives CTOs and product teams.
- Skilled in using CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
- Ability to create sales proposals and partnership decks independently.
- Self-motivated and effective working remotely without daily supervision.
