The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing client acquisition processes coordinating tender submissions and expanding the companys market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Identify evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in construction engineering and real estate development.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with corporate growth targets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers consultants contractors investors and regulatory bodies.
Lead client engagement meetings presentations and negotiations.
Identify and assess tender opportunities relevant to the companys capabilities.
Coordinate preparation and submission of high-quality technical and financial proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive and compliant bid documentation.
Contribute to achieving annual sales and revenue targets.
Negotiate contract terms in alignment with company profitability objectives.
Represent the company at industry events and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
35 years proven experience in business development within construction engineering or real estate development.
Demonstrated experience in tendering and bid management processes.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and real estate development frameworks.
Established industry network within Ghanas construction and property sectors.
Competencies & Skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
High level of initiative accountability and results orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system
Benefits
