Job Summary

A regional leader in access control and door hardware protection solutions has an opportunity for an Operations Directorto lead support and grow the low voltage department in North Carolina. This person would be encouraged to operate in a method they see best to grow and refine the department. This person would direct goals growth and future plans. This department is already profitable with pieces and personnel in place.

They have recently grown significantly and are in need of a leader who understands who to run and manage multiple teams handle P/L duties plan strategic direction and goals and maintain and grow the company brand. This is a regional leader in the electronic security world that has elite support and growth opportunities along with a rare atmosphere and culture. Truly a forever home for the right-minded individual.

This person would need:

  • Branch/division level equivalent or higher experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial security/door hardware. Division 8/28.
  • P/L management experience of $3 million or greater.
  • Strong leadership qualities as this individual will set the tone and morale.
  • Strong knowledge of access control and door hardware systems and industries.
  • Work with the senior leadership team on direction and operation and direction of the department.
  • Industry-leading compensation benefits and perk packages.

This positions compensation would be a mix of base/bonus/car allowance. Relocation package is also an available.
